Personal Training

Our sessions are delivered in small groups of no more than 6 by our world class coaches who will take you through your personalised programme step by step to help you achieve the best results and gain more confidence.

Expert Evaluation

We’ll bring you in for a one-to-one assessment where we’ll assess your movement, starting point and goals to make sure we are delivering the world class service you need in order to see the best results.

Nutrition Support

We believe in a personal approach to nutrition, just like our personal training. We tailor your advice to help you make the biggest impact with your nutrition without sacrificing your lifestyle.

Unlimited Fitness Classes

We give you access to our fitness classes to compliment your personal training experience. If you want to focus on your fitness, get a sweat on or simply blow off some steam you will find these are for you.

What can I expect when I sign up?

Once signed up you will get a one-to-one assessment. This includes a movement screen, and body scan (if you want it) to help tailor your training plan to suit your needs and help you reach your goals faster. We'll walk you through the whole process, show you around the gym, answer any questions and introduce you to the lady legends at TBC. All you have to do after that is book your sessions and turn up, we'll cover the rest.

Where are you located?

We are located on Portrack Lane in Stockton, in the compound opposite Tecaz Kitchens and Bathroom.

How does it work?

We start all our new members on our 30 Day Trial. This gives you chance to try us without committing and you get access to all our membership benefits: 12 Personal Training sessions per week, Unlimited classes, a one-to-one evaluation and comprehensive nutrition support.

What happens after the trial?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals (80% of our trial members do), we’ll suggest the right membership option and programme going forward. If you decide TBC isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

How much is it?

Will I get diet help?

Whether you've tried everything out there or feel like you don't have a clue when it comes to diets and nutrition. You will have access to one-to-one support with our coaches to guide and support you with your nutrition. We'll help you develop a simple plan to get the results you want that fits around you and your lifestyle. 

What times are the sessions?

We have sessions throughout the day.

Monday to Friday: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Saturdays: 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm

 

How long are the sessions?

Our sessions last 50 minutes.

Do I need to be fit or strong?

No, you don't need to be super fit or strong to start. Our coaches understand the unique needs of our members. We're always here to help you so you are never be left guessing when training with us. When you start we'll take you through a one-to-one evaluation to assess your starting point and take you through the programme at a pace that works for you.
